Let us introduce the Coaching Staff

Head Coach - Richard Allen
Professional coach Richard Allen joined the club from Warwick Boat Club, and runs the club's development program. At 26, Richard has spent two years at Warwick and has also coached as Blossomfield in Birmingham .

Richard said on his arrival: "Beechwood is an ambitious club which is being driven forward to reach its huge potential by the strong support network from both within the club membership and the county.
"I look forward to applying my efforts to the cause. The club wants to attract new members and I will certainly look forward to working with players - new or existing members - of all ages and abilities."

Richard played for Warwickshire Men's County team in 2005, won the Birmingham League with Blossomfield TC in 2006 and the Coventry League with Warwick Boat Club in 2007. This year he has also helped Beechwood win the Warwickshire National Club County League and personally landed the Warwickshire Club Championship singles title. He will be representing the club in all competitions and hoping to provide the clubs better players with a good example.

Oliver Parry
Richard has recently added Oliver Parry to the coaching team at Beechwood. Oliver is 19 years old, from Solihull and recently finished both his A-Levels at Solihull School & his DCA.

He has a wealth of experience in the game for his age and has a strong coaching pedigree. He has worked with a variety of players - Minis, wheelchair, full-time players at Blossomfield TC under Claire Williamson. He will add an interesting mix to the current team.

He will now be splitting his time between the 2 Satellite venues and is looking forward to working with the club's players - whether junior or senior. He will also represent the club in the Coventry & District league and the NCL.

Oliver will be working on Sundays, Mondays and Thursdays. If anyone is keen on booking individual lessons. Please call or email Richard.
